The glue does not hold the gel things to your eyelid or your lashes down. Very very difficult to use. Ended up going to the salon and having professionally done. Wish I could return

Hello my name is Yasmin, I am a Lash technician. I have recently ordered A dolly lash kit from their website. When it arrived I made sure to check the expiry date and it has been expired since 2023 and we are in 2024. I am extremely disappointed and no one has responded to my emails for longer than a week now they lack communcation and respect. I can’t believe i spent over 70$ for an expired kit. Very disappointed, I would NOT recommend ordering from their website to anyone. also would have appreciated if i received an email back for this matter.

I ordered this March 20th 2024, only for it to arrive more than a year expired. Very disappointing experience, would rate 0 stars if possible. I have contacted customer service to resolve this issue via email. Hoping to get a response soon. They should really have a customer service number to be able to call as well.

Unfortunately when my package arrived the lid hadn’t been on the nourishing lotion tight enough and the product had all spilled in the box. I tried to contact customer services in order to get this resolved but have not heard back for over a week. I love this product but am unimpressed with the service

I ordered this November 30 and it came on December 10. When I used it, the glue did not work at all. Turns out, it was expired and expired March 1, 2023. It was expired for over 9 months and they're still selling this to customers. I tried to find an email, but theres no email to contact them. Horrible. Would give less than a 1 star rating. This is a health and safety hazard.

It really works Dollyslash really works! I have very straight lashes and this has beenthe only thing that has been able to curl my eyelashes the way I want them too. Applying the solutions are fairly straightforward but I would recommend watching a few videos on youtube so you get a better understanding for how it's done.

Never going to a beautician ever again I was a little skeptical at first because I've never done a lash lift myself at home. I also was skeptical because getting your lashes done by a beautician is SO expensive. I decided to give this a try anyways and the results are pure amazing! Easy to Use Dolly is pretty easy to self apply and you can't really use it wrong. The perm is pretty easy on your lashes too, which is important for at home use. I love not having to wear mascara any more and I'm wearing less make up in general cuz my lashes look so good

pro results at home I've been using Dolly Lash for about 4 months now. I have to admit, I had a little bit of trouble the first time I used it. The results were good, but I just wasn't used to giving myself a lash lift. Now, everything is perfect. I'm able to get the exact results I want. I actually think I'm getting results that are better than the ones I got when I went to the salon.
